Long-Term Test Verdampfer explained (60 W)
Verdampfer advice for Alexandria, covering long-term test, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Search results for verdampfer in Alexandria are crowded, which is why this page focuses on what actually changes the experience. The 5.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
Local availability in Alexandria shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. For rechargeable users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 150, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
We would pair the Innokin Sceptre with a 35:65 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
Two things to check before ordering: the USB-C socket on the base and whether the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Innokin Sceptre earns its keep: the 1200 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 150 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the Innokin Sceptre with a 35:65 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
For rechargeable users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 35:65 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cherry Lime Soda: sweet, tart, described as red cherry with a lime lift. On a 35:65 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Alexandria
Availability in Alexandria is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and EGP rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
